They source the \"raw\" blade from Takefu Knife Village, and then it is sharpened, polished, and finished at Hado's workshop in Sakai.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grind is exceptionally well-executed. It is very thin behind the edge and, of course, cuts fantastically. The Fit\u0026amp;Finish is as we know from Hado - in other words, superb.
